Fortnite 6.22 adds a brand new automatic rifle, players can now get suited up in their favorite NFL team outfits to celebrate the start of the football season and Halloween themes continue:
- Heavy AR
- 33 NFL Outfits
- Team Terror LTM
- Fortnitemares Part 2
New content and modes are available for Battle Royale and Save the World modes.

There’s a brand new addition to the Battle Royale armory this week with the Heavy Assault Rifle.
Heavy AR; Cheap and Cheerful
This powerful automatic assault rifle packs a great punch with decent damage and a high rate of fire.
The Heavy AR can be found in various locations:
- Floor Loot Chests
- Vending Machines
- Supply Drops
The gun also carries a 25 round magazine dealing 48 damage and comes in Rare, Epic and Legendary variants.

The Halloween themed events continue with a new LTM, Team Terror and Fortnitemares Part II extends the fun for new heroes in Save the World Mode.
Team Terror; Defeat the Cube Monsters
Defend the Island against the Cube Monster invasion.
Two teams battle it out for victory over the Island by eliminating the randomly spawning monsters:
- Monsters are spawned over the map
- Monsters spawn upon Storm closing
- Some monsters will drop random legendary items
There are also some other Team Terror bonuses such as double and triple ammo, increased floor loot and bonus supply drops.
Fortnitemares Part II; Aim for the Flat Top!
All manner of ghosts and ghouls are on the loose and some new heroes are needed to contain them.
Take the fight to Vlad at Hexsylvania to conclude the new storyline.
Get help from 2 new heroes:
- Mythic Ninja (Werewolf Dire)
- Legendary Outlander (Sanguine Dusk)
Also take aim with the wacky Candy Corn LMG. This Limited Edition weapon can be acquired as a reward during the Fornitemares Part II questline:
- Fires candy bullets
- Spawns healing pickups when eliminating enemies with the Candy Corn LMG
The Candy Corn LMG is available while the current questline is live.
