Grand Theft Auto Online Weekly Update – 08/05/2018
Welcome to the ChartX Games Grand Theft Auto Online weekly update. Grand Theft Auto Online is the online component of the hugely successful AAA title Grand Theft Auto V from Rockstar Games. Here we bring you the latest GTA Online new including GTA Online updates, new vehicles and GTA Online cash & RP bonuses and discounts and more.
A very good week for GTA Online, especially for GTA Online cash as Rockstar Games is giving you the opportunity to get a lot of free cash as part of this week’s theme. There’s also a huge number of discounts on offer, two excellent new road vehicles, a large array of upgrade discounts and more.
Business Week – Mo’ Money Mo ‘Problems (Well, not really…)
Its “Business Week” in GTA Online this week and as the name suggests there are a lot of opportunities for players to make money as well as free GTA Online Cash. That’s right. Between 08/05/2015 and 14/05/2018 you can get your hands on absolutely gratis money, just for logging in to the game. Maximize the offer and you will get 1.15 million in free GTA Online Cash.
Log in just once and you will automatically receive 250k in GTA Online cash plus an additional 150k for any other day you log in to the game between now and the end date next week. To take full advantage of this offer:
- Log in today: Qualify for a no strings $250,000 bonus
- Log in everyday up to and including May 14th: Qualify for $150,000 each day
- Collect: No strings log in bonus plus every day log in bonus = $1,150,000 absolutely free
NOTE: All bonus cash awards will be deposited into your Maze Bank account between May 15th and May 21st.
Here’s what Rockstar Games has to say about Business Week:
“Southern San Andreas is rewarding the entrepreneurial spirit of its citizens; whether you’re fresh off the plane at LSIA or a longstanding VIP, everyone who logs in to GTA Online this week will qualify for a state sponsored gift of GTA$250K. To keep your hustle running like clockwork, they’ll also slide you an additional GTA$150K for each subsequent day you log in to GTA Online this week, through May 14th. Earn over GTA$1,000,000 for participating every day. All bonus cash awards will be deposited into your Maze Bank account between May 15th and May 21st.”
Business week appears to be the end of the Southern San Andreas Sports Series update and there are no new race modes this week following last week’s exceptional Special Vehicle Circuit, which marked the end of the new race modes. There are however a shed load of the usual discounts and bonuses.
Special Unlocks: Log in to the game before 14th May 2018 and receive absolutely free; Vanilla Unicorn T-shirt and an Ammunation Cap.
Brand New Vehicles
Two new and highly anticipated vehicles have been released today. One mind-blowing supercar, the Overflod Tyrant and a super sexy muscle car from Vapid, the Dominator GTX, which I have personally been longing for.
“The Tyrant is a testament to human ingenuity. We’re not sure who’s more impressive; the team of engineers who’ve taken us as close as we can get to installing a gear stick and steering wheel in the front a hurricane, or the team of lawyers who got it classified as road legal. Take your pick.”
The Overflod Tyrant is available now from Legendary Motorsport for $2,515,000.
Vapid Dominator GTX
“Step One: take the best-looking muscle car the 60’s ever saw and introduce it to the greatest American supercar of the modern era. Step two: leave them alone in a quiet garage with a few dozen shots of high-octane gas, plenty of axle grease and nothing else to do. Step three: The Dominator GTX is born, and its hungry. When your pedigree is this damn good, there’s nothing wrong with keeping it in the family.”
Southern San Andreas Super Autos is offering the Vapid Dominator GTX for a bargain $725,000.

See You Next Week…
Rockstar Games has certainly made it up to us this week with the Business Week theme and the free cash giveaway. Last week’s update was a little lackluster to say the least.
The two new vehicles released this week have been highly anticipated and despite their high price tag, Rockstar has given us many opportunities to make enough money for these items both over the past few weeks with different themes as part of the Souther San Andreas Super Sport Series, and with this week’s free money and double cash bonuses.
However, as tempting as it might be, if you don’t have the opportunity to maximize the potential of this week’s cash bonuses then I would advise you to hold off on spending any GTA Online cash, and here’s why: this week marks the end of the Southern San Andreas Super Autos filler update. It is almost a guarantee that either next week or in a couple of weeks time we will see a full GTA Online expansion update similar to the likes of Gunrunning and the Doomsday Heist. So if you need to, save that money as it will be needed to purchase whatever new items are released with the new DLC.
I would love to hear what you think of Business Week and what you think is coming next so please leave some comments.
The coming weeks could see some big updates so take advantage of the free cash, the discounts and double cash bonuses and get earning some GTA Online cash as the best is probably yet to come.
Thanks for reading and have fun in GTA Online.
