The thinking person’s survivial game, The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild will challenge your resourcefulness throughout the game.
The land of Hyrule is a dangerous one. A land of plains, caves and mountains. a land of wonders and beauty, and a land filled with discovery.
Survival is granted only by the forging of weapons and armour, the foraging of foodstuffs and guerilla tactics, but be warned, death lurks around every corner.
The main story of The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild sees our hero, Link, off on his neverending quest to once again resuce Princess Zelda from the vile clutches of arch nemesis Ganon.
As usual, starting out, Link has a measly wooden weapon as arms, but venturing out into the world it doesn’t take long before Link is crafting and finding new items for himself to aid in his quest for glory.
The enemy AI in The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild is partcularly impressive with timing being just as important as weapon strength when engaging in combat and the vast array of different enemies keeps the combat fun and engaging.
Aside from weapons and combat, Link can also cultivate his inner magician via magical skills gained from runes, utilising the familiar magical abilites such as freezing enemies and moving objects.
The dungeons of the game and it’s inhabitants are seemingly darker than in prevoius incarnations and as such are far more agressive in combat.
The steady progression of the game allows you to practice and develop your combat skills and magic at your own pace, becoming seemingly very powerful, but never too powerful to defeat some enemies easily, giving you a fresh feeling of challenge.
The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild is a fresh new chapter in the story of Hyrule and is a crowning achievement for Nintendo and the Nintendo Switch.
The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild is holding the number five spot of the Nintendo Switch chart games almost a year after release.

I have enjoyed The Legend of Zelda since its first installment. I had a friend recommend this game to me just yesterday. Thanks for the review. It was helpful.
I hope your adventure in Hyrule is going well.
You’re welcome.
