Nintendo Direct Shows Off Upcoming Games

This year’s Nintendo Direct event was held this weekend presenting information on new Nintendo products including upcoming Nintendo Switch games.

Nintendo Direct is an annual event which began in 2011 and has been held each consecutive year. The even showcases new Nintendo brand products in the form of videos and announcements and serves to provide genuine information concerning said products.

This year’s upcoming Nintendo Switch games include Hyrule Warriors, Super Smash Bros and Super Mario Tennis Ace.

South Park: The Fractured but Whole

Ubisoft’s crazy isometric South Park based RPG is headed to Nintendo Switch. Cartman and the boys try to stop a new kingpin who has united the police; the Italians, Chinese, and Russian crime families; and the sixth graders to steal cats and use their urine to contaminate drugs and alcohol, making the townspeople act crazily and raising crime, which will be blamed on the mayor.

Splatoon 2 ver.3.0

New gear, stages and playable characters are coming as part of a Splatoon 2 update prior to a new Splatoon 2 DLC.


Little Nightmares: Complete Edition

Hit horror-adventure puzzle game from Bandai Namco is coming to Nintendo Switch.

Follow the adventure of Six, a little girl who wakes up trapped in the Maw (where depraved supernatural creatures dwell) as she tries to escape the nightmare world.

Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition

This highly anticipated upcoming Nintendo Switch game sees an updated version of the Wii-U classic which will support two-player multi-play and two-player modes, 1080p and feature Zelda and Link costumes as they appear in The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild.

Square Enix’s highly anticipated retro-style RPG adventure games is soon to be released. Travel across a medieval Europe inspired land in a campaign with eight heroes, spanning eight chapters.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker

Get ready to guide Toad to safety and start hurling those turnips as the Nintendo published Wii-U action puzzle game is coming to Nintendo Switch.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy
