One of the year’s surprise blockbusters has a free trial available from Asobo Studios for all current-generation devices, including PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
A Plague Tale: Innocence, an adventure and puzzle in one game, now has a free trial.
A Plague Tale: Innocence is a highly regarded game launched earlier this year. It was distributed by Focus Home Interactive and created by Asobo Studios whose projects include Toy Story 3, The Crew, and Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection.
The game, set in medieval France, occurred in Aquitaine after an English invasion that left the country in ruin and despair.
Walk through a French Wasteland
As the plot develops, something more dark and otherworldly is at work in addition to the invasion force.
Players control Amicia de Rune, a young girl from rural Aquitaine, as she explores a nightmarish world searching for a treatment for Hugo, her younger brother.
The two must use a fantastic combination of gaming elements to live, including stealth strategy, quick-time events, and puzzles. These combinations result in a distinctive and exciting experience due to its horrifying narrative and several significant plot twists.
Cooperate to Survive
Amicia and Hugo must go through communities infested with the plague as they go on hiding while trying their best to stay alive.
The siblings’ lives are flipped upside down while being pursued by a deranged investigator, troops, and rabid rats, causing an impossible end to the horror.
A Plague Tale: Innocence, released in May 2019, has garnered positive reviews from well-known publications and has been acclaimed for its gameplay and plot.
The game received 8 out of 10 ratings from Destructoid and Gamespot with a Metacritic score of 82/100, which is decent for a game of its kind.
