The Stuffed Star is a B-rank active item that grants temporary invincibility from incoming enemy bullets in Enter the Gungeon.
While it does provide invincibility, you will also be slightly knocked back whenever you’re hit by incoming enemy bullets. The Stuffed Star does not negate damage taken from falling or by fire traps.

The Stuffed Star is a very good item in Enter the Gungeon thanks to the invincibility it provides. This item can come in handy in rooms where there are more enemies than expected. You can easily prevent taking unnecessary incoming damage by activating the Stuffed Star.

The Stuffed Star has three Synergies with three other guns/items in Enter the Gungeon – Double Rainbow, Softshell, and Star Friends.
Double Rainbow
The Double Rainbow Synergy between the Stuffed Star and the Unicorn Horn will give you a 5 rainbow beam attack whenever Stuffed Star is active.
The beam attack will fire from all directions and will look very similar to the Unicorn Horn’s beams.
Softshell
With the Stuffed Star and the Brick Breaker in your inventory, the Softshell Synergy will become active.
Softshell will cause the player to fire Brick Breaker shells in random directions while Stuffed Star is active.
Star Friends
If you have the Stuffed Star and the B-rank Polaris gun in Enter the Gungeon, the Star Friends Synergy will become active.
Star Friends will give you the ability to fire max-level Polaris shots (71.6 DPS) while Stuffed Star is active.
