How do you hide elf ears in Lost Ark?
There is currently no option to hide elf ears in Lost Ark, but you change your Mage class character’s ear shape into a more “normal” human-shaped look by going into the Extra settings under Special options in the Character Customization menu.
If you’re making this change after the initial character creation phase, you’re going to need to use the “Reskin” option found in the Character Select screen to change your character’s ears.
You’ll need to spend Royal Crystals to buy a Change Ticket to make this change if you’re doing this after the initial character creation step when you first created your character in Lost Ark.
Alternatively, you can equip any Face 1 accessory, such as glasses or diadems, to your Mage class character to hide their elf ears.
The human ears option was added just last year in the May 2022 update after the fanbase requested an option to hide elf ears on Mage-class characters in Lost Ark.
Is there a way to change your appearance in Lost Ark?
Yes. You can change your character’s appearance by using the Reskin option in the character select menu, but you’ll need to spend money to save the changes after you’ve altered various cosmetic parameters in the Create Character menu.
You’ll have access to the same character customization options initially presented when you first created your character in-game. You can change your character’s outfit, Emotes, or pick from a selection of premade looks to quickly change your character’s look.
Other customization options include the face, hair, eyes, skin, Special (Makeup, tattoo, beard), and a small selection of voice options.
How to Change Ears in Lost Ark
You can change your character’s ears in Lost Ark by using the Reskin option in the character selection menu. Unfortunately, you need to spend money to make further cosmetic changes to your character after the initial setup.
That said, you can go into the Create Character menu and select the Special option to reveal a list of settings. Click on Extras to reveal the various ear options for your Mage-class character.
There are currently seven ear variations to choose from in-game. One of these includes the more normal-looking human ears option which was just recently added to the game.
If you’re satisfied with the changes you’ve made to your character, click on the Buy Change Ticket to finalize your changes.
As mentioned previously, you’re going to need to spend some money to change your character’s ears. More specifically, you need to shell out 800 Royal Crystals or somewhere around $9.99 to make these changes.
