What is Fully Melted Gelato for?
Fully Melted Gelato is a scoop of gelato ice cream drowned in hot coffee and is said to be a favorite of noblewomen in Luterra.
Fully Melted Gelato is a collectible item that is part of your Adventurer’s Tome in Lost Ark. You cannot purchase or find Fully Melted Gelato in the wild, as this item can only be acquired through crafting.
Fully Melted Gelato does not provide stat boosts or additional effects to your character. It is simply one of many collectibles that you have to acquire to fill your Adventurer’s Tome in the game.
How to Craft Fully Melted Gelato
Before you can start crafting Fully Melted Gelato in Lost Ark, you first need to collect the necessary crafting materials – Gelato and Hot Chocolate Coffee.
Where to Find Gelato
Gelato is sold inside a Tavern in Wavestrand Port in East Luterra. The Tavern is very close to the shipyard and sits just southeast of Neria’s Tavern. Refer to the map image below to find the Tavern’s exact location.
At 30,000 Silver a pop, Gelato is far from cheap, so make sure you have enough Silver to purchase it before you head to the Tavern in East Luterra. You can find Gelato under the ‘Ingredients’ tab in Puego’s Shop.
Where to find Wandering Merchant Burt
After you have secured the Gelato from the Tavern, you next have to acquire Hot Chocolate Coffee. You can get Hot Chocolate Coffee from the Wandering Merchant named Burt. Here are his possible spawn locations in the game.
- Layar Terrace
- Borea’s Domain
- Blackrose Chapel
- Croconys Seashore
Burt will only spawn for 20 minutes at a time. Look for Burt in the locations marked above at these specific times in-game:
- 12:30 – 12:55
- 2:30 – 2:55
- 5:30 – 5:55
- 6:30 – 6:55
- 8:30 – 8:55
- 9:30 – 9:55
Where to find Chef Hyde
After you have secured both the Gelato and Hot Chocolate Coffee, all that’s left is to take the ingredients to Chef Hyde so he can make the Melting Gelato. You can find Chef Hyde in his restaurant at Luterra Castle. Refer to the image below to find Chef Hyde’s restaurant.
How to Craft Fully Melted Gelato
After you craft the Melting Gelato, the item should show up in your inventory. Now you have to wait for four minutes and wait for the gelato to melt completely and transform into Fully Melted Gelato. Right-click on the Fully Melted Gelato to add it to your Adventurer’s Tome.
How to use Fully Melted Gelato
Like most food collectibles in Lost Ark, you only have to right-click on the Fully Melted Gelato in your inventory to add it to your Adventurer’s Tome.
As mentioned above, collectibles such as Fully Melted Gelato will not provide buffs, bonuses, or other effects to your character. These are simply collectibles that you must collect to progress in your Adventurer’s Tome in Lost Ark.

Fully Melted Gelato is relatively easy to craft as all the crafting materials can be found within and around Luterra Castle. The only real challenge is locating Wandering Merchant Burt to purchase the Hot Chocolate Coffee and resisting the urge to consume the Melted Gelato before it turns into Fully Melted Gelato.
