Where is Alteisen Island?
You can find Alteisen Island in the Coral Seas south of Arthetine in Lost Ark. Alteisen Island is easy to find, as it is the only island between the Red Sand Desert and Windbringer Hills.
You can find one Island Soul, four Mokoko Seeds, and multiple loot drops in Alteisen Island. The recommended Item Level is only 302, which means you can visit the island anytime after you unlock the ability to sail in the game.
How to Get the Alteisen Island Soul
You can get the Alteisen Island Soul as an RNG drop from defeating the field boss, Sol Grande, on Alteisen Island. Sol Grande is a Tier 2 Raid boss, so you’ll need at least Item Level 1030 to fight him effectively.
Since Sol Grande is a Raid boss, you can only find him on Alteisen Island every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday between 11 AM and 5 AM. Add the RNG factor into the mix, and you’ll end up participating in the Sol Grande fight multiple times before you can finally get your hands on the Alteisen Island Soul.

Aside from the Alteisen Island Soul, you can also get other loot from completing quests on Alteisen Island. Sol Grande will also drop a decent amount of loot after you defeat it.

Alteisen Island Mokoko Seeds
The Alteisen Island Soul and other loot aren’t the only things you can collect on Alteisen Island, as you will also find four Mokoko Seeds. Two of the Mokoko Seeds can easily be found in the open, while the other two are hidden behind a secret entrance. You do not need special Sheet Music like the Song of Resonance to find these Mokoko Seeds.
You can find the first Mokoko Seed in the western end of Alteisen Island. Look for an abandoned shed in the area and you should be able to find the first Mokoko Seed.
After you collect the first Mokoko Seed, head to the eastern part of the map and look for large blocks of scraps. Between these scraps will be second Mokoko Seed.
Head to the northern end of the map as marked in the map image above and look for the small entrance below. Walk inside and you should find the third and fourth Mokoko Seeds next to each other.
Conclusion
You can only get the Alteisen Island Soul as an RNG drop by defeating the field boss, Sol Grande. Unfortunately, Sol Grande only spawns on select days in the game, making the Alteisen Island Soul acquisition process a hit-or-miss.
Just keep participating in the Sol Grande Raid event every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday between 11 AM and 5 AM in-game and you’ll eventually get the Alteisen Island Soul.
