Where is Kalthertz?
Kalthertz is located in the Sea of Dawn, south of Shushire in Lost Ark. You can find the island fairly quickly by opening the World Map and zooming in on the area around Lake Eternity. Just below the Lake Eternity icon should be Kalthertz.
You can sail to Kalthertz anytime as the island’s Admission Period is Always and the Recommended Item Level is set to a low 250. You won’t find any enemies on Kalthertz, as the island is simply a marketplace where prisoners are bought and sold.
How to Get the Kalthertz Island Token
You can get the Kalthertz Island Token as an RNG drop from the Chest of Reward or the Released Prisoner’s Pouch. Both items can be acquired by using Pirate Coins and freeing up random prisoners on Kalthertz.
When you free up prisoners on Kalthertz, there’s a small chance you’ll receive a Chest of Reward or a Released Prisoner’s Pouch in your in-game mail. However, freeing up prisoners will cost you a significant amount of Pirate Coins, so picking the right prisoners is crucial in making the most out of your investment.
The most cost-effective prisoners to buy on Kalthertz are the 900 Pirate Coin Males and 600 Pirate Coin Females, as these are the only prisoners who will give you Pirate Coins or a Gratuitous Reward Chest after you free them.
