How to Get the Slime Island Soul

Where is Slime Island?

You can find Slime Island on Sceptrum Ocean West of Arthethine in Lost Ark. Find Slime faster by bringing up the World Map and then looking toward the upper right corner. Just to the left of Arthethine will be Slime Island. Alternatively, you can use the World Map search bar to pinpoint the island’s location.

On Slime Island is one of 95 Island Souls that you can collect in Lost Ark. Aside from the Island Soul, there are also three Mokoko Seeds to collect on the island.

How to Get the Slime Island Soul?

You can get the Slime Island Soul by killing the Golden Bell Slime on Slime Island. There are seven possible spawn locations for the Golden Bell, which we have marked on the map below.

To speed up the hunting process, make sure you go to the island with three other players in a party so you can split up and look for the Golden Bell Slime individually. This way you and your other party members can work together to take down the Golden Bell Slime as soon as your party spots the monster.

Slime Island Soul drop rates are high, but you have to make sure you’re killing the Golden Bell Slime and not other Slime bosses such as the Slime Queen. Only the former will drop the Golden Bell Slime.

Killing other Slimes on Slime Island might be worth your while as well, as these monsters drop different colored Slime Gems which you can exchange for a currency called Jelly Coin. You can use Jelly Coin to purchase goods at the Jelly Coins Exchange NPC on the island.

Aside from the Slime Island Token and three Mokoko Seeds, you can also get the following rewards for completing tasks on the island.

How to use Jelly Coins

Jelly Coin is a currency you can use to purchase various items from the Jelly Coin Exchange NPC on Slime Island. You can get Jelly Coins by exchanging your Slime Gems at the Exchange Slime Gem NPC on the island.

Killing Slimes on Slime Island will cause them to drop Slime Gems at random. Depending on the Slime Gem’s color, you can get around 10-100 Jelly Coins when you exchange them at the Exchange Slime Gem NPC. You can get the following amount of Jelly Coin for each respective Slime Gem.

  • Green Slime Gem – 10 Jelly Coin
  • Blue Slime Gem – 10 Jelly Coin
  • Purple Slime Gem – 10 Jelly Coin
  • Red Slime Gem – 100 Jelly Coin

You can then use the Jelly Coins to purchase any of the following items:

  • Uncommon Battle Engraving Recipe Selection Pouch – 800 Jelly Coins
  • Rare Battle Engraving Recipe Selection Pouch – 1,500 Jelly Coins
  • Festival of Fire and Ice – 10,000 Jelly Coins

The Slime Island Soul is one of the easiest Island Souls to acquire in Lost Ark. The only challenge in acquiring the Slime Island Soul is finding the Golden Bell Slime’s spawn location on the island.
