What is the Tournament Champion’s Plate?
The Tournament Champions Plate is an Epic-tier collectible in Lost Ark. It is untradable, and cannot be dismantled. It also binds to your character as soon as you receive it.
Like many other collectibles in the game, the Tournament Champion’s Plate exists for a specific purpose. Unfortunately, that purpose has yet to become available in Lost Ark NA, which means the Tournament Champion’s Plate is currently a useless placeholder item in Lost Ark.
Where to get the Tournament Champion’s Plate?
You can get the Tournament Champion’s Plate as a reward from the World Quest Prove My Worth. Prove My Worth is a quest you can find in the Port City Changhun from Changhun Leader Geon.
Before you can get Prove My Worth, you first need to complete the World Quest At The Threshold and End of the Conjurer in the Port City of Changhun.
What to do with the Tournament Champion’s Plate?
The Tournament Champion’s Plate currently has no purpose in Lost Ark or at least in NA Lost Ark. In Lost Ark KR, players could turn in the Tournament Champion’s Plate for weapons from a special Weapon Merchant in the Port City of Changhun. NA Lost Ark currently does not have this NPC.
It is a well-known fact that NA Lost Ark trails KR Lost Ark by a few patches, so it might just be a matter of time before NA Lost Ark gets the same Weapon Merchant where you can trade in the Tournament Champion’s Plate for weapons.
What do you do with extra gear in Lost Ark?
You can either sell or dismantle extra gear in Lost Ark. The latter is preferred, as it turns extra gear into Broken Gear Powder, which stacks and can later be sold for silver.
Gear quickly loses its worth as you progress through the game and reach higher Item Levels. When your gear can no longer be upgraded through honing, you typically swap them out for much more powerful gear, leaving many of your old gear just sitting in your inventory.

The Tournament Champion’s Plate is a reward you can get for completing the World Quest Prove My Worth in the Port City of Changhun. While there is currently no use for this item in the game, there’s a big chance NA Lost Ark gets the same Merchant that lets you trade the Tournament Champion’s Plate for weapons.
